The pound continued its slide against other major currencies in European deals on Friday.
The pound fell to a 1-week low of 1.6049 against the greenback, more than 3-week low of 155.91 against the yen, more than 4-week lows of 0.8473 against the euro and 1.4479 against the franc.
The next possible support for the pound lies 1.595 around the greenback, 1.435 against the franc, 154.00 against the yen and 0.855 against the euro.
